Taxes are due tomorrow if you haven't finished them you have a bit over 24 hours to go.
I filed mine electronically and both state and federal were deposited on the same day. Very quickly, I was impressed.
I think I already mentioned my federal refund was larger than I like to get so I'll change my deductions for a longer period of time this year to pay in less and reduce next year's refund.
My city taxes can only be mailed in and I sent those last week. I'm getting a big $2.00!!! Yippee!!
Oh and I'm back to work (boo!) after 8 weeks off. I can't wait to retire. There is no way I'm working until I die.

8 weeks off?! Were you off on an injury or just taking vacation? I can't remember if you said what it is that you do...
Also, it's funny to hear someone say that the money they get back from taxes is more than they would like...often times, people have to pay. Either way, good for you!!
